ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by Chinnu, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.356 of 2016 against the petitioner.

4. Mr.Sairam, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the landlord and the said Chinnu is the tenant, and alleged that the RCOP proceedings are pending.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and during enquiry the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent-Police.
