ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7760 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025 on condition that the petitioner Page No.1 of 4

shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7760 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025 is relaxed.
