ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.No.16 of 2017 for the alleged offence under Section 465, 468, 471 and 420 of IPC pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.16 of 2017 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.260 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
