Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MD.IBRAHIM ALI, Advocate for the petitioner and of G.HEMA CGSL on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The impugned order is passed treating the concerned period as dies non for all purposes and that the petitioner shall not be paid any allowance for the concerned period. Therefore, the question of granting interim injunction does not arise. This petition lacks merits and hence, the petition is dismissed.
