Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the representation dated 20.04.2022 and the additional inputs dated 16.05.2022 in respect of the registration of the sale deed dated 13.04.2022 registered as Document No.4690 of 2022 in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.195/1, Villangattupakkam Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, admeasuring an extent of 67.5 Cents within a time frame as prescribed.

ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the second respondent to conduct an enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2022.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that she filed a petition before the District Registrar/second respondent to conduct enquiry in respect of impersonation in respect of the Sale Deed dated 13.04.2022.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents furnished a copy of the letter dated 25.05.2022 sent by the District Registrar/second respondent, stating that the petition filed by the writ petitioner is called up for enquiry and the same was received on 16.05.2022 and the enquiry is scheduled to be conducted on 14.06.2022.

4. Regarding the date of enquiry, the second respondent has to communicate the same to all the parties, calling the parties to participate in the process of enquiry and place the facts and records.

5. In view of the fact that the petition submitted by the petitioner is taken into consideration for enquiry, no further adjudication is required. However, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry by affording opportunity to all the parties and by following the procedures and complete the same as expeditiously as possible and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
