Learned counsel on either side submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by a decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the case of The Commissioner of Commercial Taxes and another vs. M/s.Sundek India Ltd. reported in MANU/TN3498/2015 (W.A.No.1181 of 2011 dated 05.08.2015).
