representation made by the petitioner on 06.06.2017 within a stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court.

Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondent. Though notice was served on the second and third respondents, they have not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel.

2. The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by him on 06.06.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for return of the original Educational Certificates including Transfer Certificate by the second and third respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far. Therefore, without expressing any view

on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2017 and pass orders on the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the second and third respondents as well. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
