O R D E R

This petition is filed for quashing the F.I.R.No.796 of 2013 dated 11.05.2013 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, the petitioners, the second respondent and their respective counsel are present and their identification have been verified by this Court. They filed a memorandum of understanding stating that the matter has been settled amicably and hence the second respondent has no objection to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.796 of 2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the memorandum of understanding filed by the petitioners as well as the second respondent, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in F.I.R.No.796 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police is hereby quashed.
