Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the 1/4

records of the First Respondent issued in DII/SIGCP/Colour Line Process/129/ 2019 dated 15.02.2019, quash the same and direct the First and Second Respondents herein to effect the change in constitution of the firm and effect necessary modification in the lease deed dated 14.10.2005 registered as Document No. 304/2006 in the Office of the Sub Registrar, Perundurai in respect of induction of new partners within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Writ Petition has been pursued in the context of requirements sought from the Pollution Control Board and the Banker regarding the constitution of the Partnership Firm of the Petitioner, but the said issues have been subsequently resolved and do not exist as on date. In such circumstances, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to work out 2/4

his remedies, if such question arises in future and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
