Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

2. This Court has perused the petitions. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 21.03.2016 on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of this case. As the petitioner was not able to mobilize the funds, he sought for modification of the said condition and for extension of time to comply with the said Order. But this Court is not inclined to modify the said Condition. When this Court was about to reject this petition, the petitioner sought for time to deposit the amount in instalments.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to deposit the said sum of Rs.4,00,000/- in four instalments and he is directed to deposit the first instalment of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 01.07.2016, the second instalment of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 15.07.2016, the third instalment of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 01.08.2016 and fourth instalment of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 15.08.2016. Further, time granted by this Court on 21.03.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.4678 of 2016 to execute the order shall stand further extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- by way of Demand Draft to VIDYASAGAR (Formerly The Spastics Society of India), No.1, Ranjit Road, Kotturpuram, Chennai-600 085.

No further extension will be granted under any circumstances. The criminal miscellaneous petitions are disposed of accordingly.
