2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent / plaintiff has no objection for allowing this application.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submissions made Page No.1/3

by the learned counsel on either side, the application is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) by the applicant / first defendant to the Siddha Clinic attached to the High Court, Madras, on or before 05.06.2024.

5. The Registry is directed to take the written statement on record on production of receipt of costs.
