Comp.A.No.260 of 2023 Comp. A.No.260 of 2023 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J This application is filed seeking disbursement of dividend to six creditors pursuant to re-adjudication of the claims of the said creditors. Orders incidental and ancillary thereto have also been prayed for.

2. In support of this application, the Official Liquidator has filed a report dated 20.04.2023. In the said report, it is stated that the claims of the six creditors, whose details are set out in paragraph 10 thereof, were readjudicated. Based on such re-adjudication, it is stated that the amount payable to each creditor has been set out in the table at paragraph 10. The Official Liquidator has also stated that the funds position as on 31.03.2023 is that an aggregate sum of Rs.52,65,33,110/- is available.

3. From these details, it is clear that sufficient funds are available to disburse the dividend to the six creditors in terms of the re-adjudication by the Official Liquidator. Consequently, this application is allowed in terms of prayers (b) to (f) of the Judge's summons.
