Criminal Original Petition filed to direct respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 09.05.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 09.05.2015 lodged by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed on 28.07.2015. 4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, with in a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
