This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7145 of 2025 date 12.03.2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7145 of 2025 date 12.03.2025.
