ORDER
Though the petitioner has come up with this Writ petition seeking quashment of the order dated 31.03.2015 made in MW IA Case No.6 of 2014, in and by which, the authority under the Minimum wages Act has condoned the delay of 1470 days in filing the application/claim petition, however, subsequently, the main case in MW Case No.3 of 2015 itself was disposed on 25.04.2018, challenging which, the petitioner had filed a subsequent Writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.13493 of 2018.
2. In view of the above this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required in this petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass the issues raised in this Writ petition at the time of adjudication in W.P.No.13493 of 2018.
