Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to revise the pay scale of the petitioner as per standardisation and regularisation prescribed by the 1st respondent vide G.O.(Ms) No. 22 dated 28.02.2006 along with the arrears in the salary calculated with effect from the year 29.03.2003 to 13.11.2017 within a stipulated time. The prayer sought for the in the writ petition is for directions to the 2nd respondent to revise the pay scale of the petitioner as standardisation and regularisation prescribed by the 1st respondent vide G.O.(Ms) No. 22 dated 28.02.2006 along with the arrears in the salary calculated with effect from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
year 29.03.2003 to 13.11.2017.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate has submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2021 was considered by the 2nd respondent and passed orders in Na,Ka.No. 32931/Admn 6(3)/2021, dated 21.01.2021.
3.In view of the aforesaid orders passed by the 2nd respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid orders passed by the 2nd respondent, if so advised.
