(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the brief was taken away from them about two years back. The records apparently show that no alternative arrangements have been made. Learned counsel for the first and second respondents submits that the petition has become infructuous, as a Committee has been constituted to look into the aspect of fee and donations by the Schools headed by a Retired Judge of this Court, which looks into these matters. This appears to be the reason for the absence of representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The petition is accordingly closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, M.P. No.1 of 2010 is also closed. Sd/- Asst. Registrar /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar.
