O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur, to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore and he has made an endorsement to that effect. He has also prayed for early disposal of the H.M.O.P.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore The learned Judge, Sub Court, Tiruchendur, is directed to transmit all the records https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2017 to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
