2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by Judicial Magistrate No.2, Mettur.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to approach the trial Court for modification. Hence, this Petition stands dismissed.
