Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and fourth respondents to permit the petitioner to appear for final University Examination in July 2023 instead of October 2023, conducted by the Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University, as the petitioner has completed the entire duration of the study as directed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings Rc.No.AC-I(4)/28232/2021 dated 28.9.2021, and having more than 80% attendance for entire duration of the study period from 04.10.2021 to July 2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition has been considered by the authorities concerned, and hence, this petition has become infructuous. A memo to that effect has been filed by the petitioner himself.
