ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue namely Prema, seeks custody.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that it is the case of elopement of the detenue with a third party. The wife of the said person also gave a complaint, which has also been registered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In the light of the abovesaid submissions of the Additional Public Prosecutor, we are not inclined to allow this petition.
However, the investigation shall go on and thereafter, the same shall be completed within a period of three (3) weeks from the from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. In the meantime if the detenue is secured, she shall be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
5. With the above directions, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
