Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 28.04.2022 in No.27/BCDFGISSSV/2022 against the petitioner's husband Rajkumar @ Aruppuraj S/o.Prabhakaran, aged 28 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty. [Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu viz., Rajkumar @ Aruppuraj S/o.Prabhakaran, aged 28 years. The detenue has been detained by the second respondent by his order in No.27/BCDFGISSSV/2022 dated 28.04.2022, holding him to be a "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act, 14/1982. The said order is under challenge in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the detenue in No.27/BCDFGISSSV/2022 dated 28.04.2022, on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.3253, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 30.05.2022 and produced a copy of the said order. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
