This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Chinna Salem Police Station, Kallakurichi District to, register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dt.18.06.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint made by the petitioner was taken on file in CSR No.353 of 2021 dt.04.07.2021. He further submited that the enquiry was conducted and closed.
