Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal APPEAL No.95 OF 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence passed in S.C.No.36/2014 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem in his judgment dated 19.01.2018 by enlarging him on bail.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.95 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.U.G.UDAYASHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
