proceedings made in Ku.A.No.Mae.Pa.Po/Mae./Ni.Pi.1/U.2 / Ko.Mi.Pa.A/R 1641 dated 27.12.2010.

The said contention is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
