ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the II Additional Family Court, Chennai granting visitation rights in favour of the respondent in I.A.No.01 of 2020 pending disposal of the main original petition in O.P.No.454 of 2021 filed by the respondent seeking restitution of conjugal rights.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent submitted that main original petition was already disposed of on 14.08.2023. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the allowing of main original petition, interim order granted in I.A.No.01 of 2020 pending disposal of original petition is merged with final order passed in original petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this civil revision petition.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 2/4
