It is the case of the petitioner that he has purchased the land situated in Survey No.166/A4 of Mornapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District measuring an extent of 1.70 acres on 27.10.1970 by a registered Sale Deed. Alleging that the patta has been wrongly issued and the same will have to be corrected by incorporating his name, the petitioner made a representation on 27.03.2015. representation to the Tahsildar. However, no further action has been taken. Therefore, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner with the 3rd respondent, as seen from the communication from the District Collector to the Tahsildar dated 15.05.2015, the said authority viz., the 3rd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and it is open to the 3rd respondent to enquire with any other 3rd party, if so required.
