The present Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against an order of injunction passed in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.173 of 2020, dated 04.07.2020 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Salem. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant would submit that he has already filed a counter affidavit, but opportunity of hearing was not granted.

3. Considering the factual circumstances, a direction is given to the Principal District Munsif, Salem, to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.173 of 2020 after affording an opportunity to both parties within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
