Writ Petitions, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent herein to correct the Service Register of the Petitioners to the effect that their services have been regularised with effect from 02.08.2003 and to fix their pay accordingly from that date onwards and consequently pay the difference in salary to them upto the date of their superannuation from service within a time frame. For Petitioners : Mr.K.M.Ramesh in all W.Ps.

For Respondents : Mr.ERA.Premnath in all W.Ps.

C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have come to this Court to direct the third respondent herein to correct the Service Register of the petitioners to the effect that their services had been regularised with effect from 02.08.2003 and to fix their pay accordingly from that date onwards and consequently pay the difference in salary to them upto the date of their superannuation from service within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that a direction may be given to the 3rd respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioners dated 27.08.2016, 27.08.2016, 27.03.2016 and 27.08.2016 respectively.

3.Mr.ERA.Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents and seeks four weeks time to consider the representations of the petitioners.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in these petitions and without going into the merits of the matter, this Court hereby directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
