the same and to consequently direct the respondents to execute the lease deed with the petitioner in respect of the Shed No.AS3 at Mettupalayam Industrial Estate, Mettupalayam, Puducherry 605 009 ad-measuring an extent of 5208.27 sq.ft. and (ii) impugned order dated 30.01.2013 bearing Ref.F-3144/2011/Dev/831/Legal/404 passed by the second respondent; to quash the same and to consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue No Objection Certificate for obtaining electricity power connection to the Shed No.AS3 at PIPDIC Industrial Estate, Mettupalayam, Puducherry respectively.
