ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner in Survey No. 199/2, (Old S.No. 233-B), Hec.1 .54.75 or Acre 1 Cents 35 1/2 Patta No.14, Allunkuli Village, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District on the basis of the application dated 6.01.2022 and the representation dated 20.01.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 20.01.2024 with a request for name transfer of patta, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the 2/4

second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
