2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent / District Collector submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 30.01.2023 will be considered and disposed of on merits within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent / District Collector to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2023 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
