Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner representation dated 30.01.2023 submitted to him in regard to remove the erred officials from the government service for getting appointment by way of suppression and submission of fake / forged community certificate in the light of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Salem (Designated Court for CBCID Cases in Salem District) in C.C.No.1081 of 2015 dated 04.11.2022 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent / District Collector submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 30.01.2023 will be considered and disposed of on merits within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent / District Collector to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2023 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
