ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) As against the sale notice, the petitioner got remedy before the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal. We have entertained the writ petition only in view of the situation prevailing in the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

2.In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of granting two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. Till then, there shall be an order of status quo as on today. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
