2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in Crime No.3064 of 2015, before the respondent.

4. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
