This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to investigate the complaint registered in FIR No.530/2010 and to file the final report within the stipulated time.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Sekar and others for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 500 and 506 IPC in Crime No.530/2010, but till date, the investigation has not been completed. Hence, this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.530 of 2010 and to file a final report as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
