ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.17 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police, registered for the offences under Sections 409, 420, 120B of IPC, as against the petitioner. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.17 of 2021 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valparai. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. 3.

At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the final report in Crime No.17 of 2021. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. 4.

Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to

challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
