ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2024 for the issuance of separate patta 1/4

in his name in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.638/2 measuring to an extent of 0.88 acres situated at Moornapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri district.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 29.01.2024 with a request for issuance of separate patta, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. Since no adverse order is passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to 2/4

the neighbouring land owners, other co-owner and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
