Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in Memo No.025/6089/E1/TNSTC (VPM)/2007 dated 16.04.2007 in respect of fixation of seniority of the respondents 3 to 16 for the post of Assistant Manager and the consequential order of the second respondent in Lr.No.342/24608/E1/TNSTC(V)2014 dated 21.04.2014 and the Proc. No.351/26607/E1/TNSTC(VPM) 2014-3 dated 12.01.2015 of the second respondent quash the same and direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to refix the seniority of the petitioner above the respondents 3 to 16 and promote the petitioner to the post of Deputy Manager within the time frame stipulated by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition, if necessary at a lager stage.
