ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to dispose petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2024 and demarcate the common passage from survey No.50 to Survey No.30 & 32 as per the old FMB Sketch.
2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 14.02.2024 with a request to survey and demarcate the common passage, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final 2/4
disposal at the admission stage itself.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey and demarcation the common passage, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons subject to payment of requisite fees. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
