08.09.2023 mjs These applications have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 1400 days in filing the petition (ii) to set aside the abatment caused due to the death of the respondents 1 and 2 in the above second appeal in S.A. No.1765 of 2003 and (iii) to record the death of the respondents 1 and 2 and bring on record the 2nd respondent / proposed 4th respondent as the legal heir of the deceased respondents 1 and 2 in the above second appeal.

The reasons stated in the affidavit filing along with these applications are explained to the satisfaction of this Court.
