Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the said matter, the charge sheet has been filed on 16.06.2017 before the learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.1, Special Court for Exclusive Trial for Land Grabbing Cases, Egmore, Chennai.
