Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3010 of 2020 dated 25.02.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of one Month and thereafter, report daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3010 of 2020 dated 25.02.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of one Month and thereafter, report daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.3010 of 2020 on 25.02.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3010 of 2020 on 25.02.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every Month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
