Being aggrieved against the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.4480/2014/A4 dated 03.06.2015, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent. As the same has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the appeal, without going into merits of the case, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the 3rd party in whose favour the 2nd respondent has passed the said order.
