This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Fast Track Court - IV, Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai to dispose of the complaint in STC.No.2688 of 2022 at an early date.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and

perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner had filed a complaint as against the respondent before the learned Fast Track Court - IV, Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai in STC.No.2688 of 2022. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Fast Track Court - IV, Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, is directed to complete the Trial in STC.No.2688 of 2022, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
