This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.09.2025, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.09.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering to the Principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.09.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering to the Principles of natural justice, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
