The prayer in the writ petition is for writ of mandamus or such any other writ, order of direction, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated on 05.03.2013.

2. The petitioner sought for a direction to consider his representation wherein he had raised objection of laying a High Tension Tower in his property. When the writ petition was called today (11.11.2016) the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, pending the writ petition, the respondent had already erected the High Tension Tower. further adjudication is required, since the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. Nevertheless, if at all, the petitioner is aggrieved against the erection of the tower, it is open to him to seek for an appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

3. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
