Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2017 for issuance of patta, based on civil court sale deed in R.E.P. No. 48/2015 in O.S. No. 261/2014, dated 28.10.2015. For Petitioner : Mr. M. Ravi For Respondent : Mrs. K.Bhuvaneswari, Government Advocate.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2017 for issuance of patta based on civil court sale deed executed in R.E.P. No. 48/2015 in O.S. No. 261/2014, dated 28.10.2015 on the file of Sub Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2017, for issuance of patta based on the Civil Court decree, the respondent has not passed any order so far.

3. Mrs. K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondent, submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2017, for issuance of patta based on the civil court proceedings in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
