The instant application in A.No.2622 of 2023 has been filed seeking leave of the Court to amend the name of the fourth respondent in the cause title.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the application in A.No.2622 of 2023 is allowed. The plaintiff is permitted to carry out the amendment on or before 05.06.2023 and the amended copies of the plaint shall be filed by 05.06.2023.
