ORDER

The petitioner herein is one of the named accused in the complaint given by the friend of the victim and the said complaint indicates that the petitioner herein and two others attacked Thiru. N.Guru, S/o.Naganathan with knife and hands. The Accident Register indicates that multiple injuries are found including cut injury on the left forearm. It is alleged that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with two other persons namely Dinesh and Naresh Bahadur, attacked the said Guru on 23.02.2018 at about 19.10 hrs near Thirunindravur Indian Oil Petrol bunk Railway sub way. Under this circumstances, the request to quash the FIR petition stands dismissed.
