PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to eliminate respondents 3 to 5, who already availed concession under Ex-Servicemen quota in Group II A posts recruiting under Notification No.03/2022 dated 23.2.2022, complying of Section 3(j) of the Tamilnadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016 (In all cases, an ex-servicemen, once recruited to a post in any class or service or category, cannot claim the concession of being called an Ex-servicemen for his further recruitment) by considering the petitioners' e-mail representations dated 13.4.2024 and 14.4.2024.
